These wild sausage rolls are everything you want in a good snack: simple, flavorful, and deliciously crispy. With a piece of plain or Spanish sausage wrapped in crispy vegan puff pastry and topped with sesame seeds, they make any get-together special. Number of persons : 8-12 sausage rolls

Ingredients :
- 4 natural or Spanish sausages, cut into pieces of approx. 5 cm
- 1 package of vegan puff pastry (thawed and cut to size)
- 2 tbsp vegetable milk (for brushing)
- Sesame seeds
Instructions :

Preheat the oven :
Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. -
Prepare the puff pastry :
Place the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured work surface and cut them to size. -
Roll the sausages in the dough :
Place a piece of sausage on each piece of puff pastry and roll the dough around it. Make sure the seam is facing down and press the edges firmly closed. -
Spread and sprinkle :
Brush the tops of the buns with plant-based milk and roll them in sesame seeds for a crispy crust. -
Bake the sausage rolls :
Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and crispy. -
Serve :
Remove the sausage rolls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. They can be served warm or at room temperature.
