What makes this product so special?
Our wild sausage is all about flavor and simplicity. We use only 100% wild game of the highest quality. We've replaced the pork casing normally found around sausages with a plant-based casing. This is edible and ensures we don't need to use any factory-farmed products at all – without compromise and with a delicious, juicy bite. Each serving contains four 90-gram sausages, perfect for sharing or enjoying on your own!
Preparation
These sausages are easy to make and deliciously juicy. Grill them, pan-fry them, or toss them on the BBQ until golden brown and cooked through. The vegetable casing creates a nice, crispy exterior and seals in the flavors. For the perfect bite, turn the sausages regularly and cook until heated through.
Serving options
The Natural version pairs beautifully with a classic mashed potato, sauerkraut, or simply on a roll with mustard. The Spanish version, with its slightly spicy, herby flavor, is delicious on a snack platter with some olives, a crusty baguette, and a dollop of aioli.
