This salad is wonderfully refreshing and balanced, with the perfect combination of flavors and textures. Enjoy the sweet pears, crunchy pecans and savory prosciutto, all brought together by the flavorful vinaigrette. It is a great choice for a festive dinner.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of Prosciutto from game
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 50 grams pecan nuts
  • Mixed salad
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Mustard
  • Jam
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation method

  1. Roast the pecan nuts in a pan
  2. For the dressing, mix red wine vinegar, olive oil, mustard, a tablespoon of jam and salt and pepper
  3. Place the lettuce in a bowl
  4. Garnish with the Proscuitto, pear, pecan nuts and the dressing
  5. Serve as a starter or as a side dish for dinner
