Salad with deer prosciutto, pear and pecan nuts

This refreshing salad combines sweet pears, crunchy pecans, and savory prosciutto for a deliciously balanced dish. Perfect as a festive appetizer or side dish!

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of wild prosciutto
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 50 grams of pecan nuts
  • Mixed Lettuce
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Mustard
  • Jam
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation method

  1. Roast the pecan nuts in a pan
  2. For the dressing, mix red wine vinegar, olive oil, mustard, a tablespoon of jam and salt and pepper
  3. Place the lettuce in a bowl
  4. Garnish with the Proscuitto, pear, pecans and the dressing
  5. Serve as a starter or as a side dish with dinner
