Ingredients
- 100 grams of wild prosciutto
- 2 ripe pears
- 50 grams of pecan nuts
- Mixed Lettuce
- Red wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Mustard
- Jam
- Salt and pepper
Preparation method
- Roast the pecan nuts in a pan
- For the dressing, mix red wine vinegar, olive oil, mustard, a tablespoon of jam and salt and pepper
- Place the lettuce in a bowl
