A beautiful salad to serve at a festive dinner. Can be served all year round and delicious because of the sweet figs, umami balsamic vinegar and nutty Coppa.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of Wild Boar Coppa
  • 2 Figs
  • 30 grams of pine nuts
  • Salad
  • Balsamic
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper


Preparation method

  1. Roast the pine nuts in a pan
  2. For the dressing, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, crushed garlic clove and salt and pepper
  3. Place the lettuce in a bowl
  4. Garnish with the Coppa, figs, pine nuts and the dressing
  5. Surprise your company with a delicious salad
