Ingredients
- 100 grams of Wild Boar Coppa
- 2 Figs
- 30 grams of pine nuts
- Salad
- Balsamic
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper
Preparation method
- Roast the pine nuts in a pan
- For the dressing, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, crushed garlic clove and salt and pepper
- Place the lettuce in a bowl
- Garnish with the Coppa, figs, pine nuts and the dressing
