Who doesn't love a steaming bowl of ramen? There are plenty of great vegan alternatives, but a real bone broth definitely adds an extra umami boost. The wild boar pieces also impart a nutty flavor and are very filling. It's also quick and easy to make and incredibly delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 wild boar steaks
- 400 grams of noodles
- 1 chili pepper,
- 1 spring onion
- 2 carrots
- small mushrooms
- coriander
- You can use any other toppings you like
Broth: - 250 ml game stock
- 1 liter of water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- Piece of ginger cut into slices
- 100 grams of dried shiitake
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
Preparation method:
- Place the onion, garlic, and ginger in a large pan and cook briefly until lightly browned. Then add the remaining stock ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Season with salt or soy sauce.
- Remove the wild boar steaks from the refrigerator an hour before cooking, and let them come to room temperature. Pat them dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan over high heat and sear the steaks for 5 minutes. Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest for 10 minutes, wrapped in aluminum foil.
- Finely chop all toppings (julienne) and cut the steaks into thin slices.
- Prepare the noodles according to the package directions and place them in a bowl. Top with all your toppings and the wild boar steak, and pour over the hot broth.
