Various deer skewers for the barbecue

It is super easy to make delicious different skewers on the barbecue. Use venison steaks and marinate them in one of your favorite marinades.

Number of persons: 4

Preparation time: 20 minutes plus overnight marinating

Ingredients:

Oriental marinade:
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red pepper
  • 50 ml hoisin
  • sesame oil
Italian marinade:
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 4 tbsp parsley
  • 1 lemon
Coriander-cumin marinade
  • 5 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • small thumb of ginger
  • 1 lime

    Preparation:

    1. Cut the steaks into 3 cm cubes

    2. Combine all the marinade ingredients and mix with the meat

    3. Let marinate overnight and then thread onto sticks

    4. Fry the skewers for 2 minutes per side on a hot barbecue
