Ingredients:
- 300 grams wild boar steak
- 1 red onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- piece of ginger
- soy sauce

Preparation:

Start by cutting the wild boar steak into pieces of +/- 3 centimeters
- Finely chop the red onion, pepper, garlic and thumb ginger and throw this in a bowl with the meat, add 4 tablespoons of ketjap and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate overnight or for a few hours
- Thread the meat onto skewers or skewers and let it sit at room temperature for an hour before putting it on the barbecue.
- Grill the satay for 3 minutes per side and serve with satay, enjoy!
