This super tasty wild boar satay is ideal for eating on the barbecue. Marinate a few hours or a day in advance for extra flavor.

Ingredients:
- 300 grams of wild boar steak
- 1 red onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- piece of ginger
- soy sauce

- satay sauce
Preparation:

Start by cutting the wild boar steak into pieces of +/- 3 centimeters
- Finely chop the red onion, pepper, garlic and ginger and throw this together with the meat in a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 3 tablespoons of soy.
- Cover the whole thing with plastic wrap and let it marinate overnight or for a few hours
- Thread the meat onto skewers or skewers and let it sit at room temperature for an hour before putting it on the barbecue
- Grill the satay for 3 minutes per side and serve with satay, enjoy!
