These spring rolls are extremely tasty and super easy to make. Within a short time you will have a delicious snack for drinks or dinner.

Ingredients:
- 250 grams of minced game
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 20 sheets of filo pastry
- Olive oil for brushing
- Chilli sauce
Preparation method:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the onion and garlic until soft and light brown.

Add the minced venison to the pan and fry until loose and fully cooked.

Add the grated carrot to the mince mixture. Fry briefly

Add the soy sauce, ginger powder, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for a few more minutes.

Place a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean work surface. Spoon some of the deer-vegetable mixture onto one end of the filo pastry.

Fold the sides of the filo dough inwards and roll the dough into a tight spring roll.

Repeat this process with the rest of the minced meat mixture and the filo pastry sheets.

Place the spring rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush them lightly with olive oil.

Bake the spring rolls in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, or fry in a pan with a generous layer of hot sunflower oil until golden brown.

Serve the deer spring rolls warm, possibly with soy sauce or a dipping sauce of your choice.
