It is super easy to make delicious different skewers on the barbecue. Use venison steaks and marinate them in one of your favorite marinades.

Preparation time: 20 minutes plus overnight marinating
Ingredients:
- 2 venison steaks
- skewers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red pepper
- 50 ml hoisin
- sesame oil
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 4 tbsp parsley
- 1 lemon
- 5 tbsp fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- small thumb of ginger
- 1 lime
Preparation:

Cut the steaks into 3 cm cubes
- Combine all the marinade ingredients and mix with the meat
- Let marinate overnight and then thread onto sticks
- Fry the skewers for 2 minutes per side on a hot barbecue
