Ingredients
- Ready-made Wild Boar Tikka Masala
- Small tortillas
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1 Chilli pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Shallot, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- Fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 2 Limes, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper
- Vinegar
Preparation method:
- For the guacamole, mix the avocados, tomato, chili, shallot, garlic and a little lime juice with salt and pepper. Mortar, blend or mash it to a consistency that makes you happy.
- Place the finely chopped red onion in a bowl and mix with a dash of vinegar.
- Remove the tikka from the packaging and heat it in a pan.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and briefly heat the tortillas.
- Top the tortillas with the guacamole, the tikka and garnish with the pickled onions, lime juice and some coriander.
