There is little as tasty as a good hamburger, but one that allows you to ignore factory farming is even better! Our game burgers are made from deer and smoked wild boar, which makes them super juicy and a bit smoky!

Ingredients
- 4 Wildburgers
- Coppa of Wild Boar or Proscuitto of Wild Boar
- Hamburger Buns
- Salad
- Tomato
- Pickle
- Red onion
- Vegan mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Mustard
Preparation method:
- Cut the tomato, pickle and onion into thin slices
- Heat a pan over high heat and fry the rolls for 2 minutes per side or until they are golden brown
- Fry the coppa or proscuitto until it is nicely browned and slightly crispy
- Now add some oil to the pan and fry the burgers for 2-3 minutes per side
- Top the hamburger buns as you like (tip: changing products from soft to hard ensures that the burger falls apart less quickly and a lettuce roof keeps the buns dry)
