These game burgers, made with succulent venison and smoked wild boar, have a delicious smoky flavor that's perfect on the grill or in the pan. Ingredients
- 4 Wildburgers
- Wild Boar Coppa or Wild Boar Prosciutto
- Hamburger buns
- Salad
- Tomato
- Pickle
- Red onion
- Vegan mayonnaise
- Ketchup
- Mustard
Preparation method:
- Cut the tomato, gherkin and onion into thin slices
- Heat a pan over high heat and fry the buns for 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Bake the coppa or proscuitto until it is nicely brown and slightly crispy
- Now add some oil to the pan and fry the burgers for 2-3 minutes per side
- Top the hamburger buns as you like (tip: topping products from soft to hard ensures that the burger falls apart less quickly and a canopy of lettuce keeps the buns dry)
