There's nothing better than a good burger, except one that lets you bypass factory farming! These game burgers, made with succulent venison and smoked wild boar, have a delicious smoky flavor that's perfect on the grill or in the pan. Top them with your favorite toppings and enjoy a flavorful, sustainable burger you can eat with confidence!

Ingredients

Preparation method:

  1. Cut the tomato, gherkin and onion into thin slices

  2. Heat a pan over high heat and fry the buns for 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.

  3. Bake the coppa or proscuitto until it is nicely brown and slightly crispy

  4. Now add some oil to the pan and fry the burgers for 2-3 minutes per side

  5. Top the hamburger buns as you like (tip: topping products from soft to hard ensures that the burger falls apart less quickly and a canopy of lettuce keeps the buns dry)
