Ingredients
- Ready-made Wild Boar Tikka Masala
- Small tortillas
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Avocados
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 chili pepper, finely chopped
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, pressed
- Fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 2 limes, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- Vinegar
Preparation method:
- For the guacamole, combine the avocados, tomatoes, chili, shallot, garlic, and a little lime juice with salt and pepper. Grind, blend, or mash until you reach a consistency you like.
- Place the finely chopped red onion in a bowl and mix with a dash of vinegar.
- Remove the tikka from the packaging and warm it up in a pan.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and briefly warm the tortillas in it.
- Top the tortillas with the guacamole and tikka and garnish with the pickled onions, lime juice and some coriander.
