Tacos with wild boar tikka masala

Super simple, delicious and festive. These tacos are a home-made combination of Mexican and Indian.

We choose the easy and equally tasty way and use the ready-made tikka masala from wild boar. But of course you can also make the tikka masala yourself, use our previous recipe: RECIPE

Very tasty recipe if you want to put something beautiful on the table at a party or dinner without having to spend all day in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Ready-made Wild Boar Tikka Masala
  • Small tortillas
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1 Chilli pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 Shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • Fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 Limes, cut into wedges
  • Salt and pepper
  • Vinegar

Preparation method:

  1. For the guacamole, mix the avocados, tomato, chili, shallot, garlic and a little lime juice with salt and pepper. Mortar, blend or mash it to a consistency that makes you happy.

  2. Place the finely chopped red onion in a bowl and mix with a dash of vinegar.

  3. Remove the tikka from the packaging and heat it in a pan.

  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and briefly heat the tortillas.

  5. Top the tortillas with the guacamole, the tikka and garnish with the pickled onions, lime juice and some coriander.
