Preparation method

  1. Boil the green beans for 4 minutes and then blanch them in cold water
  2. Roll them up in the Wild Proscuitto
  3. Fry them in a hot pan for a few minutes so that the Proscuitto colors nicely
  4. Serve with a main course as a delicious addition
