Ingredients
- 100 grams of smoked wild boar ham
- 400 grams of green beans
Preparation method
- Boil the green beans for 4 minutes and then blanch them in cold water
- Roll them up in the Wild Proscuitto
- Fry them in a hot pan for a few minutes so that the Proscuitto colors nicely
- Serve with a main course as a delicious addition
