Dutch Wild Duck Breast


These Dutch duck breasts come from our hunter in North Holland. He hunts everything himself in the areas he manages and, as a qualified person, is perfectly able to guarantee the best products.

Wild duck breast is a beautiful natural product. Beautiful red in color and spicy in taste. Furthermore, it is incredibly tender, lean and relatively easy to prepare.

Very occasionally we have duck breasts with skin, but this depends on the fattening. This is very different for each duck. They are also delicious without skin!


<li> Let the duck breast come to room temperature and season with salt and pepper</li>

<li> Heat an ovenproof pan and add olive oil and a little margarine</li>

<li> Sear the duck breast on both sides and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees</li>

<li> Cook in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until a core temperature of 52 degrees. Remove from the oven and let rest</li>

<li> Cut the duck breast into slices and serve with sweet potato puree, vegetables and a sauce of your choice.</li>
