Deer leg


The hind leg of the deer is the perfect piece of meat for the BBQ or the oven. Tender and rich in flavor, it is a beautiful centerpiece for the table.

Make small incisions in the meat with a sharp knife and fill them with rosemary, garlic and other herbs of your choice. Brush generously with oil and sear on a hot BBQ or in a pan.

Then cook in the oven or on the BBQ to the desired core temperature. Rosé is the best!

The leg of venison with bone is approximately 2300 grams and without bone 1200 grams.
