Our wild boar appetizer ham was born from our quest for delicious additions to the charcuterie board without factory farming. We don't skimp on quality, so we chose one of the most prized cuts of wild boar: the steak. This gives this ham its exceptional tenderness. It's delicious eaten plain, but also makes a great sandwich. Oh yeah, and kids love it!
